This policy explains what the current public Rounderone service processes and why.
Information we process
The public playground processes the query or URL you submit, request metadata such as time, endpoint, status, and IP address, and support messages you send. Do not submit secrets, private URLs, or sensitive personal data.
How we use information
We use request information to execute retrieval, prevent abuse, secure the service, troubleshoot failures, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use retrieved response content to train general-purpose models.
Sharing and retention
Limited data may be processed by hosting, search, logging, and support providers and when legally required. Operational logs are retained only as needed for security and troubleshooting.
Security and international processing
Rounderone uses encryption in transit, access controls, secret hashing, and operational logging. No system is perfectly secure. Data may be processed where our providers operate; we use appropriate transfer safeguards when required.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold, subject to legal exceptions. Send privacy questions or rights requests to privacy@rounderone.app.
