Terms of Service

These terms govern access to Rounderone’s hosted search, scrape, and crawl services.

Using Rounderone

You must be at least 18 and comply with applicable laws and third-party rights. Do not use the public playground to access private systems, evade access controls, distribute malware, overload websites, or collect sensitive personal data unlawfully.

Public access and limits

The current playground is provided without an account or paid subscription. Requests have technical limits for safety and reliability. We may throttle or block traffic that threatens the service or other systems.

Your data and our service

You retain rights in URLs, schemas, and content you submit. You grant Rounderone the limited rights needed to process requests, prevent abuse, and provide support. Rounderone owns the service, software, and documentation. These terms do not transfer ownership of source-page content to either party.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as available. We work to provide dependable results but cannot guarantee that every public page remains reachable or accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages. Rounderone’s aggregate liability is limited to fees paid during the preceding twelve months.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms to reflect product or legal changes and will post a revised effective date. Material changes receive reasonable notice. Questions or notices may be sent to legal@rounderone.app.
